Mortimers is a small family run business owned by Linda Mortimer who is supported by her two sons Dale and Thomas Mortimer. We also have two lovely ladies Patricia Masson and Rosemary Barnard who have been working with the family for over 18 years and provide our customers with a personal service. Most local people will also know husband David Mortimer who flys around Suffolk in his bright green van with the family whippet Maisy. David and Linda were born and bred in Suffolk, Linda grew up in the village of Kirton and David grew up in the Village of Grundisburgh. They have been in Estate Agency for over 30 years and this is how they met in 1994 when working for large corporate companies. In 2001 David and Linda set up Hamilton Smith – Woodbridge and then in 2009 David left to train to become a domestic energy assessor and now runs his own business providing EPCs, floor plans and aerial photography for Mortimers and other companies. Linda then took over the Estate Agency in 2009 and in 2011 son Dale Mortimer joined the company and passed his exams to become MNAEA. In 2016 Linda amicably split from the Hamilton Smith brand and went alone with MORTIMERS. Since then the company has grown and moved forward. In July of this year youngest son Thomas Mortimer joined the family firm and will now be training to take his level 2 exam in the sale of residential property.
Mortimers have a strong interest in their local community and Husband David is currently Mayor of Woodbridge for the year 2018 to 2019. Mortimers also supports Rotary Woodbridge as well as other local charities. Qualified in the sale of residential property and specialises in valuing, selling property by Informal Tender, land, development and new homes. Linda also carries out viewings, open houses and probate valuations.

2 months experience. Learning to process information, assisting with the day to day running of the office while studying for his exam. Thomas will also be accompanying us on viewings, open houses and some valuations as part of his training.
With over 50 years experience in Estate Agency and having run her own business in Amersham, Buckinghamshire selling premium properties Pat is our most experienced member of staff and with her warm cheeky character she will put anyone at ease.
Specialises in sales progression with years of experience Pat knows exactly what to ask and when, making sure your sale runs smoothly and keeping you informed throughout the whole process.
Pat will also carry out viewings, open houses and valuations.
Over 20 years Estate Agency experience. Having worked in the fashion industry in London Rosemary moved to Suffolk and has worked in Estate Agency for approximately 20 years.
